Our cashion rod deal is for free shipping from Cashion. If you ordered directly from them, I'm sure you can contact them and work something out to reimburse, as rod shipping is not cheap.
Id rather hold my breathe , that lady they have for customer service sucks. Their loss i was switching over to all Cashion till I got blown off from her. Wish I could reach owner.
Jondoe67, I'm escalating this to have my team look into a resolution. I'm sure there's a misunderstanding. Most or our sales go through the website and go straight to order fulfillment, so the customer service reps may not even be aware of it. As we're learning here, it's easy for someone to get left out of the loop as teams get bigger.
I just tried to use the discount for the Cashion Icon series rod and it shows must spend $350 before the discount applies at checkout. Do you know if that is correct? Thank you
