Bass U App
Would be super helpful if there was a Bass U app to streamline process or and Apple TV app as well. But an iPhone/iPad app would be amazing
I agree unless someone can tell me how to rewind a few seconds back a video on my phone.
I know you can go back in small increments with the arrow keys on a computer, I've not tried it on a mobile device.
I agree an iPhone/android app would be amazing I’d love to be able to watch BassU on my tv
Came here for information on a possible App. Would be nice to get one. Streamline everything.
Hello I would like to download the app for iPhone thank you
The mobile apps are now published on the Android Play store and Apple store. I believe you can find them in both stores searching for "The Bass University".
Here are the mobile app install links for The Bass University Apple and Android apps.

When I try to log into the app I get "invalid credentials"... obviously my credentials are fine as I'm here... Iphone, for what it's worth.
texaginwv, I have to ask specific questions, as we have a multitude of folks now using the app, and are unable to replicate this issue. I've tested the iOS app on an iPad rather extensively. Here are my suggestions, and I'd love to hear if you have success with them:
1. Ensure that you are logging in with your email address and password (some folks were logging in with just their public username, IE texaginwv)
2. Ensure that any typeahead or autofill information is correct. Sometimes misspellings creep into the autofill suggestions
3. It's easy to overlook capitalization on a tablet or phone screen, please ensure that letter case is correct for all letters in your password
Please let me know if these suggestions help.
Hi Jason,
I've ensured everything matches exactly... same problem. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. The problem persists. See screenshot:

thanks
Thank you for working with me on this. As you know, our app is new, so when we have issues, your feedback helps us tremendously when we are unable to replicate the issue.
The reason this is odd is because the login logic between the app and website are essentially the same. You've probably been logged into the website for a while. Can you confirm that you're able to login to the website by logging out and logging back in? I'd like to get a confirmation that you are currently able to login to the website.
Yes, I can.
texaginwv, I'm afraid that I've come up with no further diagnosis of this issue. I have had 1 report of the opposite (user can login on app, but not the website). I do know that we've released at least one update to the app since our last communication. Can you try updating the app to the latest version and see if the problem persists on your iPhone app?
Just popping back in here to say that nearly 18 months later, I STILL cannot log into the app. "invalid credentials" even though I've been a subscriber for years.
texaginwv, sorry for the late reply. Please ensure that you're not using the auto-fill (where the app/browser populates the login information for you). Confirm that you can/cannot login by typing your login information directly into both the browser and the app. This issue can occur when the user is using auto-login on the browser, then trying to login with what they believe their login information is with the app. When they actually enter their information (often in another browser, where auto-login is not enabled), they realize that they are also unable to login there and they have forgotten their password, or, in some cases are even trying to login with the incorrect email address.
I have confirmed with the website developer that the login processes are tied together, so that if the same information is entered into the app and the browser, they will return the same response. Therefore, something is being entered differently between the browser and the app.
I have been reminded that with the mobile app login, be sure there are no spaces at the end of your email address and password. Recently it came to our attention that some folks put a space habitually after typing information in a form, leaving an extra space after the email address or password can cause login errors.
