Cashion Rod Question

I hope all is well. I came across a video on youtube about you discussing your setup for fishing finesse jigs. I know for that presentation you use a 7"6 carolina rig rod. My question is, however, do you use the same rod for pitching and flipping Ike's mini flip as well? If not, what do you recommend?

I believe that Mike fishes the mini flip on a slightly shorter rod (maybe 7' or 7'2") and a lighter fluorocarbon. I believe he fishes the micro jig on spinning tackle. I believe he fishes the head banger and the Flip out jig on a 7'6" rod.
Hey Chad, I like that Carolina rig rod for the Keitech jig and other jigs with a light wire hook. Ike's mini flip has a heavier hook that requires a little more hook driving ability. I use the same rod, but I switch to braid as the mainline. Good luck Chad.
