When I use the site, sometimes I get logged out when watching a video, or I set my phone down for a bit and a come back and I'm logged out. What's going on?

I'm afraid we don't ice over here. Even if it gets cold enough, the nuclear plants keep the water 50+ most of the year. The boat ramps can get a little tricky though.

For spotted bass, I throw a 3-4" swimbait around main lake points and humps.

For years, I fished Shimao Citica and Curado reels up to about 2000, and I could get them for $100-$120. I tried the Cruxis, which was the replacement for the Citica in the early 2000s, and they are ok, but now I'm interested in some new reels that won't break the bank.

Is braided line safe to fish on most spinning reels? I was told when it first came out that it would eat up rod guides? I have some nice, but older rods like St. Croix, and I don't want to damage them, but I like the idea of braid not twisting as bad on a spinning reel, and the small diameter.

I'm looking to get the rapala jerkbait promotion, but I've already paid for this month's subscription. I tried cancelling, but the subscription doesn't end until later this month, so I can't start a new subscription. Please help.

Got a buddy that...like me...has been fishing for years. He pretty much buys what he needs, so you can imagine that he picked out the rods, reels and usual fishing stuff he likes already. It's the ol' "what do you get for the angler who has everything?" situation. I'm hoping that someone has suggestions on what else you can get a bass fisherman, maybe something he doesn't know about, but not something that just winds up in the bottom of the tackle box like helicopter lures. Any ideas for the perfect Christmas present for the fisherman who's got it all will be appreciated.

I clicked on the offer and there was a popup that clearly stated I already received a free trial and wasn't eligible for that offer. Had no issues purchasing the $99 for a year plan.

I liked the slides, particularly on the old videos with the projector, they are hard to see, even if the cameraman shows them.

I certainly think that equipment quality is part of each level of recreational and tournament fishing. That's one reason why I don't tournament fish anymore. Former business owner with $100,000 boat and tackle and all the free time in the world winning $500 prize tournaments. I don't have anything against it, if that's what he wants to do, but there's no level where my equipment is going to compete, if half the boats have the best of the best. I'm not that driven, I'd rather have $20,000 used boat with a 4 year old graph and not have a payment every month.
