Rapala VIP for Bass University members

Since Rapala has changed their site the code is no longer working. When they updated their site it wiped my logon with them. I recreated it and then tried to use the VIP code from our member benefits page but it says no such code exist. Any others having issues? Should I contact Rapala customer service? Thanks.
