Last hour bite

I fish a Thursday night tournament every 2 weeks in Northern Michigan and am struggling with getting bites from 8pm-9pm. My competitors seem to be getting there bites in the last hour when the sun starts dipping behind the trees and mine dies off. I'm curious about what people are throwing at this transition stage. I myself am throwing a lot of finesse baits.
