Videos showing “Because of privacy settings”; cannot watch

I’m new to Bass University, so I apologize if this question has already been answered. When I began watching the basic videos, some began showing a black screen with the message: ‘SORRY. Because of it’s privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.’ Below this message is the information about the video. An example video is: ‘Being prepared for a day of fishing.’ I am using an iPad that is up to date with it’s iOS (13.5). Are there additional settings that need to be set to make these basic videos available? Thanks for your help!

Wrenegade. I'm sorry that you had this experience. This is a very rare issue that has happened a time or 2 with our video hosting service. It's usually resolved in a matter of minutes. I think it has something to do with their service that authenticates that the request came from an authorized site. When that fails, you get this generic error. Hopefully you won't ever experience this issue again. Let me know if you have any other issues.
