Tournament rod number

I typically only carry 1 of a technique-specific rod. On the other hand, I find that most of my spinning tackle can be multi-purpose, so I have 3-4 rods that can be fish a dropshot/ned rig/neko rig/finesse swimbait, etc. If you throw a lot of a certain bait (jigs/crankbaits, for example), you might want 2-3 rods dedicated to that technique, just to save time cutting off and retying different colors/weights/sizes.
