Kayak fishing organizing

I'm trying my best to get everything together. i currently use 3700 boxes. I keep everything in them including soft plastics. I'm considering switching to 3600. mainly cause the Jackson bite has slots designed for them. Is there another way for me to keep everything stored? i use a standard milk crate.

I use the wilderness systems crate. I can keep two 3.5" 3700 boxes for soft plastics and two of the 1.5" 3700 boxes for terminal and hard plastics. a crate with a lid offers a shade factor that the milk crate wont and helps the life span of your soft plastics during the summer months.
