late spawn/ post spawn cold front

So water temp on lower end of my local lake is ~70deg. Haven't seen a bass on bed still but have been targeting post spawn transition areas, points, creek channels, etc.. on the way out of spawning pockets. question I have is with pre spawn or spawn I would expect a cold front to pull bass back to these areas but what does that cold front do in the post spawn? do they stay there and just slow down? do they move shallower or deeper? I assume the cold front wouldn't fire them up to eat more at this point. Been watching post spawn videos but haven't come across an answer, any help appreciated.
